BundleHQ ("the App") provides product bundling functionality to merchants using Shopify. This policy describes how we handle data when you install or use the App.
From your Shopify account: store domain, store owner name and email, product and collection data, theme settings.
From your storefront: anonymous interaction events (bundle views, tier selections, add-to-cart clicks). We also record order IDs and revenue amounts for analytics attribution.
We do not collect customer names, emails, addresses, or payment details.
To provide the Service (discounts, widget rendering, metafield syncing), display bundle performance analytics to merchants, communicate with you about your account, and improve the App.
Storefront events are retained for 90 days, then aggregated into daily summaries and deleted. Campaign data is retained while the App is installed. On uninstall, all data is deleted within 48 hours.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is only transmitted to Shopify's APIs as needed to provide the Service.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. European residents have additional rights under GDPR. Customer data deletion requests forwarded via Shopify's compliance webhooks are honoured automatically.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting.
